Important:
Installation must be completed by a registered electrical wireman or Master electrician with valid Department of Labour certification. A compliant Certificate of Compliance (COC) must be issued post-installation. All installations must meet SANS 10142 standards. Warranty claims submitted without installation photos, valid COC, and installer credentials may be rejected.
